Using CodePlex Issue Tracker?

e.g. "Planed features", involve translators etc.?

Thanks for voting :-)

A benefit of using this IssueTracker (compared) with discussions tab is that users can vote for issues.
So the project owner/developers see what users really like to have and so issues with a higher priority (more votes) should be first.
