lang.de-DE.resx : added/updated/corrected German translations - see also comments in patch (.resx) file. Since that .resx file was edited using Visual Studio 2005 it will work for you even there are comments ;-) There are still some strange and confusing translations.

lang.resx contains some corrections (English). One translation is missing: zvolteservery, also added comments to some translations which may help you to find further mistakes of if I have done wrong translations because it is difficult to translate some text without knowing where in the UI they are located or if translations are merge etc. Some translations are ending with a point but this also differs in English/German version. A bit confusing ... The name of the items to be translated are often very short and differs from the meaning of translations e.g. name="empty" value="do not fill out fields" ...
